I am interested in this term because Just in time is a type of inventory system which is used as a management strategy. The main task here is to align the ordered raw materials from the suppliers, directly to the production schedules. As I was reading the chapter on Managing Global Operations, I understood that time and money are both extremely important resources. If these are used in a proper manner by using the right strategies then it can determine the success or failure of the company or the business. Planning is an important stage where the process of global business strategy begins. Just In time system is a helpful strategy and I am really interested to know about it.
